It identifies how data is used to evaluate current practice and inform decision making and action related to the classroom Teaching of Religion and the Religious Life of the School.

- Assessment moderation and Unit of Work reviews during Year Level Term Planning days.
- Clear roles and responsibilities of the RE School Implementation Team and APRE.
- Annotated and reviewed units of work
This is visible at an Individual Level through:
- ensuring that the school planning template includes space to record and respond to student learning data, activities can be differentiated by either process or product
- reflection and review of units occurs at the end of each term and this shapes a teaching and learning program that reflects the needs, interest and learning styles of various students
- annotated units of work exist at each year level which inform teachers when planning which specific areas require more or less time, attention, resourcing
